Advanced technology but doesn't always work. Staff is 50/50 quality, Good, bad, and ugly. Typical downtown Milwaukee.
Credit card minimum for for self service is $5. My machine didn't work this time but the staff helped me get it printed, but then didn't give me a receipt, just walked away.

Walked into FedEx to explore some options for needed work materials and Kristin was able to provide me with all the information I needed. I came loaded with questions and she took the time to answer all my questions and if she didn't know the answer she reached out to other locations for assistance. Outstanding customer service and I look forward to doing more business here.

I never thought I'd leave a review on Google, particularly for a FedEx, but the confounding service I received from Amanda at this location proved otherwise.
An hour before close, I walked into the store and sat down at the self-service station to print three separate documents. Before clicking "Print," I asked Amanda where I could enter my company's account number. Her response was, "The only way to enter an account number is to submit the order online and we can't get to anything till noon tomorrow." Between the sassy tone and lack of options, I was a bit taken back. It seemed odd that there was no other way to charge it to the corporate account, so I asked how else we might be able to do that. Amanda told me I could use one of the copiers and try to figure it out. I asked if she could show me how, to which she replied, "I don't know how and I have five orders I'm taking care of so I don't have time for that." She immediately returned to working in the back of the store.
I had to take an Uber to the Farwell location, where they were extremely friendly and took care of the order quickly and professionally.
I'm also frustrated with myself because before I left for this FedEx (super close to The Westin where we stay every week), my colleagues told me to take an Uber to the Farwell location because every experience they've had at the Wisconsin location has been terrible. Hopefully others will heed this review better than I listened to my colleagues' warning.
