  The best customer service I have ever had. Raouf is the kindest, most personable and customer centered associate at any type of store I’ve been to!! He is extremely knowledgeable in ALL the phones and products they use, along with the difference and how to navigate apps, phone set up and other areas as well!! Cricket in of itself is a great company and has fantastic reception/service and offers androids, Apples and now Apple Watches!! I HIGHLY recommend going to this specific location for its wonderful customer service. Thanks Raouf!!

  We added another line to existing five lines with a new iPhone. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable about helping us set everything up. I couldn’t of asked for better service. He helped us and answered all of our questions and took care of everything including additional problems we had. I’d recommend this location and Ralph to anyone. He is deserving of more than five stars. Thank you.
