It's always stressful when your cell phone breaks, but Raouf made it stress free replacing it and taught me some new things about my new phone. He is very patient and kind.

We added another line to existing five lines with a new iPhone. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable about helping us set everything up. I couldn’t of asked for better service. He helped us and answered all of our questions and took care of everything including additional problems we had. I’d recommend this location and Ralph to anyone. He is deserving of more than five stars. Thank you.
