  I just want to share my experience with this Cricket store in particular, I recently went in to purchase the new 2024 Motor Razor phone and the salesman Ralph was the best kudos to him, the store was out of the color I really wanted he he ordered the phone 2 days later it was in, Ralph called me held the phone for me and hooked it up in less than 30 mins and may I say while helping 2 other customers at the same time, he was very professional amd knowledgeable about the phone in all and I as a customer is very appreciative of that and I never knew there was a Cricket store there.....glad to do business at that Brown deer location...THANK YOU!!

  If you ever want to see what excellent customer service is I would recommend this place and see Raouf. I was there to transfer a sim from an old lg to an iPhone. Raouf went above and beyond while helping me. I was surprised all my contacts, images and texts were able to transfer to this new phone. All it took was about 2 minutes to see he really knew what he was doing. Transfer took longer but he made me feel so good like he was so happy to help me. 5 stars isn't enough for him. Raouf I'd like to thank you again.
