  Working with Maria is a absolute pleasure she listens carefully and is always pleasant,Alex is always friendly as well,he will talk so much and so fast it will make your head spin if u let him however he always gets you what u need and explains everything if u listen and ask the rite questions,he has no problem slowing down and explaining things again, I've been with them for years and have had only positive experiences.Small clean office close to home.

  I was with Alex for 9 years. Never had a ticket and never had a at fault accident. My rates constantly went up and I just paid. I recently bought a brand new car and they jumped even more. They customer service with him and Allstate is HORRIBLE. They didn't want to work with me to find discounts to get me to stay. I ended up going with someone else. When I called Alex he didn't seem to care that I was a customer for over 9 years. He canceled my policy and said " Well.....rates constantly change we will refund the difference." That's it. If I do happen to want to change carriers again I will NEVER go back to Allstate. They permanently lost my business.
