  The guy with blonde-tipped curly hair gave me really bad advice. He advised me to drive my car for a couple days with the motor medic in my oil. Not only do people online not recommend this (knew before buying it), but so does the doggone bottle. Furthermore, I didn’t ask him for advice; he just interjected himself into my husband’s and my phone conversation. I was so stunned by his advice that I grabbed my things and walked out.

  Had the best experience at this store Misela was so helpful and very nice definitely recommend this place especially for the great customer service

  Didn't give 1 star because the cashier and floor associate were very pleasant and helpful. When I tried to do an exchange for a like part bought at a different Advance (their web site said it would work) the manager refused. I had the original receipt/ box and the part was uninstalled (it was wrong so wouldn't have fit anyways). He pointed to a return policy sign that said right on it ANY part may be returned or exchanged, and said since it was an electrical part, he refused to exchange it (no mention of electrical parts even on the sign). I will not be returning to this location, and if my local advance doesn't have it, there's plenty of other competitors I can go to.

  The store is huge and appears to be overstaffed, yet the customer service was disappointing. I went there to return a part that didn't fit my vehicle and was told they couldn't process the refund because it was purchased at another location. After driving back to the original store, I was informed that they could have handled the refund after all. I wasted an extra trip because of incorrect information and a lack of customer service. Very frustrating experience.
