  This place always has such rude employees. If they don't close 15 minutes early, they just talk so rudely to you. They make problems that are happening at the store, seem like their your fault. Just trying to get your money back for a core return was difficult for them. Just ridiculous how they expect people to deal with their attitudes

  Easy 1 Star, The employee “Jesus” will go above and beyond his job title to ensure you have a bad experience, 2nd time coming to this store and 2nd time being accused of stealing by “Jesus”…Thinks people don’t know Spanish and talks about customers, “Jesus” also acts clueless when you don’t actually have anything and runs to the back for awhile, save your time and go to the AUTOZONE down the block!!

  The guy with blonde-tipped curly hair gave me really bad advice. He advised me to drive my car for a couple days with the motor medic in my oil. Not only do people online not recommend this (knew before buying it), but so does the doggone bottle. Furthermore, I didn’t ask him for advice; he just interjected himself into my husband’s and my phone conversation. I was so stunned by his advice that I grabbed my things and walked out.

  Had the best experience at this store Misela was so helpful and very nice definitely recommend this place especially for the great customer service

  Didn't give 1 star because the cashier and floor associate were very pleasant and helpful. When I tried to do an exchange for a like part bought at a different Advance (their web site said it would work) the manager refused. I had the original receipt/ box and the part was uninstalled (it was wrong so wouldn't have fit anyways). He pointed to a return policy sign that said right on it ANY part may be returned or exchanged, and said since it was an electrical part, he refused to exchange it (no mention of electrical parts even on the sign). I will not be returning to this location, and if my local advance doesn't have it, there's plenty of other competitors I can go to.
