  The service here is always awful. It seems like I’m always wanted to be pushed away and out the door. Dean especially is rude and doesn’t seem to want to help. The one lady that was really friendly actually doesn’t even work at this location. Not to mention everything I buy here I return because it doesn’t work.

  Not sure who it was exactly but an older guy with longer white hair really helped me out there today. For some reason my car is weird and it takes 2 6 volt batteries instead of just 1 12v one and I was accidentally given 2 12 volt batteries last time I was there for my car. Obviously I returned them but he went out of his way to take the return for me and also get me another battery for another car I had.

  I spoke with Dominik on the phone after leaving my battery overnight to charge and he confirmed that my battery was good to go with specs and relation to my battery incredibly easy information to understand through his expertise

  I’ve been here numerous times since I live nearby. Every time I’ve gone, I’ve been treated with respect. The staff is good, and they usually have the parts I need.
