  Unhelpful staff, they can't take boxes over 100 lbs (it was 130) and have me a nonsensical excuse about how there's no ramp for it. I brought it up a ramp and into the store. If you don't want to do your job, work somewhere else. Better yet, don't break packages so I don't have to return them to begin with. Also both saw me bringing in the 130 lb box and didn't offer to even hold the door, they were not busy doing anything else.
