  Prices have gone up incredibly and service has deteriorated. Three times we paid for overnight delivery only to have items arrive two or three days late. No refund. Most recently we paid to have an item get there within 4 business days. It arrived after 6 business days.

  Perhaps buy shipping labels elsewhere. Cost $28 to ship a small lightweight box ups groud. I was complaining to a freind and they said that sounded ridiculous and pointed some places online and sure enough they are gauging you here. Should have gone elsewhere.

  Needed passport photos for my husband today. Called this morning and asked if appointment was needed. I was told no, but asked what time he would arrive. I stated between 430pm and 530pm and was told that would be fine. My husband arrived at 520pm and was told the individual who takes passport photos was gone for the day. This is not acceptable. Don't bother replying. This is a fail. We go by one's word.

  Beware! This UPS store needs to be investigated by Corporate. Be careful with Amazon returns at this location. I have had Amazon tell me 2 times that nothing was in the box when returned now. Go to a different location, or Kohls when doing returns. Return at your own risk.

  Anu and her Mequon UPS team are simply the best. From the moment one walks in, Anu’s warm smile makes one feel less like a customer and more like a regular, or even a friend. She is consistently quick, efficient and knowledgeable, helping us navigate technology as well as the many complexities of shipping and returns. Most importantly, she genuinely cares. Anu takes extra time to insure that important packages reached our family abroad, carefully timing shipments and treating each one as if it were her own. Her dedication and attention to detail make all the difference. Promote this woman, she is an absolute asset.
