  I was introduced to Carlissa 3 years ago when looking for homeowners insurance when purchasing a home and have had nothing but good experiences with her. In the years we've worked together, she has bundled and renewed my home and auto insurance at great rates. She is quick to respond and wonderful to work with!

  This agent is rude and dismissive. I’ve encountered them now on two separate occasions and both times they seemed bothered by my inquiry and request for help. Although it was determined that they were not the appropriate person to help with my inquiry, they displayed extreme impatience and a lack of respect, speaking over me most times and not letting me get a word out. It seemed that they were more concerned with proving me wrong than trying to help. I didn’t write a review the last time (over a year ago) because I figured maybe she was having a bad day, but two times with the same experience is consistency and I felt moved to share my experience. I truly hope that others do not have the same experience. For the record, the person that they referred me to was very kind and displayed a high degree of customer service skills!
