Ordered a online meal with my sub and for some reason, it did not give me the meal price i chose 2 cookies instead of chips. When I picked up my order, I noticed I didn't have 2 cookies so I said something to the obnoxious and loud redhead at the register and she was extremely rude to me And was like your receipt doesn't say 2 cookies ! but online, from what I understood, I paid for the meal so isn't the option two cookies or a bag of chips ? she did not want to work with me at all and Said yeah , but your receipt says only one cookie ! Very very bad customer service! I will never be back into this subway again! Sad part is ordering subs twice a week but hey it's fine!

For the past year the customer service has been awful, but within the last 6 months it has gotten significantly worse. The lady that assisted with my order huffed and puffed like I was a bother to the restaurant, and it was not even a busy time. I was the only person in there. She treated me like I was less than human. This will be my last visit, I will go eat at a sit down restaurant before I visited again.

There's a new black lady that works there and she has the worst attitude, and is just rude in general, won't be coming back while she works there
