    Upcharge without saying it's an upcharge, not preparing sandwich as ordered and incorrect change, shorted me. Shamed for asking for the correct change. Owner/manager has gloves on but while making a sandwich he runs over to the register, touches a bunch of things, then returns to making the sandwich without changing gloves! Not returning.

    I ordered a 6" subway club.. the red hair girl needs to learn how to cut bread. My sub was on 4" not 6... I will be calling in the morning to talk to a manager.
