I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Cricket.
I have been a Cricket customer for many years, and I have several lines for my whole family on my account. I trusted this company and continued using Cricket because I expected reliable service and professional support.
On May 9, 2026, I visited the Cricket service center at 809 N Central Ave, Marshfield, WI 54449. I needed to add a smartwatch plan to my account and connect my Apple Watch to my iPhone so I could use cellular service on the watch. An employee named Joseph told me I had to pay for an eSIM and an activation fee. I paid, but he was not able to complete the setup.
On May 30, 2026, I came back to the same store with the same problem. I spent several hours there. Another employee, Luis, was also working with Cricket technical support, but they still could not fix the issue. Even worse, I was told to pay again for another eSIM.
After all of this, my Apple Watch is still not connected properly, and cellular service still does not work. I paid more than once, wasted hours of my time, and received no real solution.
This is unacceptable. As a long-time customer with multiple family lines, I expected much better support. After this kind of service, I am seriously considering switching my whole family to another provider.
