  The owners of Subway in Marshall have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They were having issues with the online ordering not even trying process my order. After I found out from my bank that the charge wasn't even showing up on there end. I called Subway and she told me that I didn't have money or my bank was wrong. She also refused to give me the same deal I would of gotten online. For her to tell me I didn't have money in my account in front of other customers was the cherry on top.

  It’s an okay Subway Employees could be more friendly. The tables could be cleaner and more organized. The trash was overfilled when I visited. The restrooms could be better maintained in having Soap in the soap dispenser,sink being cleaner and having the toilet more clean. The subs and cookies are alright in taste,quality and temperature. This location is located in Marshall (WI). Overall a poor experience.
