Lady was very rude, slamming things around slamming equipment doors shut and shaking her head the entire time while making food.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after my last 3 experiences at this Subway (I've been coming here for over 12 years), I feel people should know what to expect. Every single interaction I’ve had with Mandy has been incredibly rude and unprofessional.
The first time, she spent the entire visit loudly complaining about the night staff and how she was going to retaliate on them, instead of focusing on customers. The second time, I ordered a breakfast sub during breakfast hours, and she openly complained the ENTIRE time that she hates making my subs because microwaving the eggs “takes too long” and she was “too busy for that.” I was the only person in the store, she did not seem "too busy". As a customer, that was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate.
This last visit was the final straw; my online order was simply canceled because she apparently didn’t want to make it (again, a very simple breakfast sub during breakfast hours).
Customer service has completely gone downhill here! I've never had a subway employee treat me this way before. Being consistently rude to paying customers is not okay. She actually scares me. Mandy is by far the most unpleasant employee I’ve ever encountered, and if this is how customers are treated regularly, management seriously needs to address it!!
Horrible customer service, my daughter asked for bread & turkey with extra black olives, NO other toppings. The employee put 4 extra olives on it. My daughter asked for a few more and offered to pay extra for them. She was told that 4 is all they were allowed to add for extra.
We told her to forget it & walked out. so no sale & we will never be back. This is dissappointing to say the least. It's not like she asked for extra meat for free. It's olives. I highly doubt the extra olives are going to break your sales for the day. But word of mouth may do just that.

I have never left a review for a fast food restaurant but felt this needed to be said. An employee was rude the entire time we were placing our order (even towards our 4 children, who were quiet and just trying to give their order). A handful of people came in after us, and the 2nd employee was possibly new, but took an extremely long time to finish each sandwich and to ring up our order, making the line behind us long. By the time we got our food, all of the hot food was cold. We've always enjoyed Subway, and I like to show strangers kindness, but this was just unacceptable especially when our bill was almost $85. The constant rudeness and cold food will definitely make us not go back to this particular Subway again.

ABSOLUTELY GROTY!!! NASTYYY... never again IN MY LIFE!! YUCK!
HEY Becky (active manager), step your game up and get this place clean asap or the county food inspector will be there very shortly! Utter disappointment to the brand... SMH
