  Rude the minute we stepped up. Basically what do you want with irritated look on face. I am pretty easygoing, but she was rude enough that I made a point to read her name tag on her hat, Tammy. The boy working with her seemed to hate his job too, but in fairness with her attitude she probably treats him like garbage also. Either way, both acted like they hate their jobs and treated us like an annoyance.

  Cookies were burnt. The guy literally threw my toppings on the sub. Tammy kept screaming at the people in front of me while they ordered. It sucked and I hope I never need to come back

  Went and got a Philly cheese steak sandwich and didn't realize she didn't heat up the steak, so I got home and had to take it apart to heat up the meat

  Excellent service! Sandwich artist was a true professional and made the sandwich "loaded with veggies" just as I requested. Fed two hungry forestry contractors. One complaint-tip jar was too small! 😄

  The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. She tossed my completed sub onto the counter when I had to explain to her that I didn't want just vegetables on my sub. I requested a veggie Max which is in the back refrigerator. She stated that they've never carried a veggie Max which is an outright lie. The main manager had even told me that, it's not a front it's in the back of the refrigerator. So when a customer asks for it they need to go back and find it. The young guy that was working with her just kind of like shrugged and didn't know what to say instead of standing up and saying yeah they're back there. So she says oh I thought you just wanted vegetables on and I said why would I order a sub with just vegetables. She said well I didn't know what you meant, really? Then why didn't you clarify. Then I told her to make it into a cold cut combo. She threw the meat on top it wasn't even mixed in with anything she should have just started over but she didn't. Then when she wrapped it up she tossed it on the counter like I was second class, second-rate customer. Whether or not they stopped serving the veggie Max they've actually had it there that was the only place I could get it the manager had even stated that all subways have it. She was rude as soon as we walked in. We will never go there again.
