Worst experience ever in my entire life… zero civic sense and zero manners. Don’t know how to deal with customers
We went to the store to buy a new iPhone.
for the first time they told us you can buy a new iPhone only. And the lady working on the front went inside to-bring the phone and suddenly after sometimes the lady comes with laughing faces and told us you have to buy some accessories to buy a new phone. We can’t sell the phone to you. if you don’t buy the accessories with them. And they are like this is our rules you must have to buy accessories.
management were zero, zero Customer Services.
Doesn’t answer the phone, tried calling 3 days in a row with plenty of time between calls in regards to purchasing a new phone and plan. Lost a sale because of poor management, do better!

Payed my bill, phone never got restored.. nobody picks up, what are they doing, customer service sucks, they need new management and better employees

Cricket 2025 Motorola fold - literally embarrassing photo quality for such an expensive phone.. can't take photos of anything without it being blurry. Avoid literally buy any other phone. Never had such an issue and I spent a premium so I'm extra disgusted
