  Every time I order from here my order always wrong I had ordered 7 spicy Korean boneless wings and 7 hickory smoked bbq and they just loaded it up with smoked bbq🫩

  Waited over 25 minutes and employees were just eating and on their phones. The lid to the sauce wasn’t even on and it spilled all over in my car.

  Great food, always love good wings, fries, and drinks. Unfortunately I got my order without the fries and missing 6 out of 30 wings. Like someone secretly ate 1 from each flavor...

  If I could give this location 5+ rating stars for service I would. I visited 5/28/26 and was treated with respect right as I came into the restaurant to place an order and was offered services like an extra plate and trash pick up when done eating.I believe the person’s name is Karen (name on Receipt)She was very kind to me and others when I was there.The food I ordered which was 6pc boneless original hot wings + Seasoned fries + drink was very good in quality and temperature. The interior of the restaurant was also being well kept clean:tables being cleaned,counters being clean,door entrance being cleaned,coke freestyle machine all being cleaned by Karen.The restrooms were also clean.Every other employees working here are very friendly also.Overall a great experience.will consider coming here more often for the service i received. Conveniently located on the West Side of Madison At Highland Gates Shopping Center.
