  On Tuesday, june 9, 2026, I went to send some documents, and the staff who assisted me were very racist. I am paying for a service—I am not asking for anything for free; these workers ought to be given a customer service course. I couldn't send my package; I had to leave immediately because your staff doesn't know how to serve the public—they need to know how to treat people regardless of race or nationality. I had to go to the UPS store located at 1213 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, WI 53704, to ship my package; they treated me well and I was able to get it sent, but I had a bad experience at your store.

  I ran in at 10 minutes to close 4/2 with a box and item that I had to ship today. The young man working tonight went above and beyond in service. The item needed extra cushion and he came thru with some extra pieces. Thank you so much for all of your help!!! You had great customer service and quick.
