  The lady at the store was somewhat rude during my visit. If this is not actually a UPS Store, it's confusing that it is advertised as a UPS store location outside. I went there to drop off an Amazon return, which was listed as a free drop-off. My package was already in its original box, but I was told I needed to pay $2 for tape before they would accept it. Despite the item being properly boxed, she refused to take the package. The experience was frustrating and not what I expected from a designated Amazon return drop-off location. I will request Amazon to remove UPS from their drop of location. Kohl's and FedEx are far better then UPS

  Just needed to drop off a prepaid package. Was in and out in less than two minutes. Lots of parking and easy to get to.

  The lady manager/owner behaviors between casual and rude. Several times of not quite pleasant experiences. But on 2nd thought, that might just be her style. She was quite helpful from time to time.

  Very poor customer service. The woman at the counter told me they are “not UPS,” despite clearly wearing UPS-branded clothing. When I pointed this out, she responded that she doesn’t work for UPS and had an arrogant attitude. I had an express package with a barcode from my insurance company, and she refused to help or explain anything. Completely unacceptable.
