  Due to Amazon app issues, I was very confused trying to return multiple items to Amazon, but Shannon at UPS helped me sort everything out quickly. She provided exceptional service and was incredibly kind. Left me feeling great that I chose to return with UPS.

  Staff was rude, unprofessional, and appeared to have hated waiting on me and having to waste their time assisting me. To add insult to injury, I had called to ask questions on how to return an item at which time they advised to come in for assistance, only to charge me to tape the box up - which was NOT disclosed during the phone conversation. When I mentioned that fact, I was just ignored. Will NEVER use this UPS store again and will tell all I know of the horrible service I received. Would give NO stars if able to.....

  Shannon is simply the best! I have been a customer of hers for years and I recently had an issue with a couple of missing packages. Shannon immediately offered her assistance and with her help my issue was resolved. She is always friendly, and extremely knowledgeable which is invaluable in this day an age when customer service is virtually nonexistent.
