  Truly a terrible experience on 7/9/26. I walked in and both women in the small store ignored me while looking at their phones. One wandered over eventually and asked what I wanted, but once I told her I needed help with a package that had been returned to my house after shipping it out from that store, she wandered back to her friend. She and her friend then spent the next 5 minutes discussing what apartment they wanted to rent. Another person came in the store and they helped her, and then turned back to me. They said they could repackage my damaged box but that I would need to pay for materials. They then charged me also for printing out a new shipping label and an additional fee for "copies". They said they don't have any managers at the store and the owner lives out of state. Now the tracking number is not showing that it was ever picked up and taken to the warehouse so I am concerned that they threw it out. I tried calling the store and the person said they couldn't help me because "they weren't actually UPS."

  Just the rudest person helped me today. I would go out of my way to find a different location.
