  I’ve been to this location frequently and haven’t had an issue before today, but wanted to bring this to management’s attention since it’s really problematic. Arrived at 11:40am today and one other customer was there, but no employees. She said she had arrived to a sign on the counter that said “back in 5 minutes”. Doors were unlocked, and no workers were present. Waited 15 minutes with no employees showing up, and several other customers joined me in the meantime. Someone finally someone showed up (didn’t know if he was the employee who had left or was just showing up for his shift), and I told him that we’d been waiting for 15 minutes with nobody there. He had zero response. Ignored me, put his bag down, grabbed my package and just asked “do you want a receipt?” I was flabbergasted. Packages behind the counter were left totally unattended during this time, let alone all of the packing materials on display. Everything open to theft. Seems like a huge liability issue.

  No reason why the staff member, Alvin was so rude and unnecessarily arrogant. His expressions were so hostile and seemed like he was trying to make me feel dumb. I asked him a. Question or 2 and atleast 5 times he just gave me looks and did not answer. He also explicitly said - I don’t get what you are saying. Please learn some manners, and kindness. I’d rather travel a mile or 2 to go to someone who can be normal, than this guy who was acting so weird for straight 10 mins. When I asked for his name too - he gave a weird expression and said “Alvin?” - I mean is he asking me if that’s his name ? This is not how customer servicing is done.
