  Came to this Subway because of the positive reviews and I can confirm! I have food allergies and so I usually ask a couple kind of specific things to be done (change gloves, paper wrapping away from the cookies) to ensure my safety. They were not only happy to oblige but made me a new sandwich after a moment of miscommunication (which was completely my doing!).

  Ordered a chicken sandwich and was given ham, something strictly against my religious beliefs. When I pointed it out, the staff member responded with “you’re not going to die” and laughed. No apology, no correction, just blatant disrespect. This wasn’t just a mistake, it was handled in the most insensitive and unprofessional way possible. Mocking a customer over religious dietary restrictions is completely unacceptable. If you have any dietary or religious restrictions, think twice before eating here. This place clearly does not take it seriously.
