  My local subway is under new ownership! I went in today to grab my usual sandwich and was welcomed in and greeted warmly by all the workers! I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager who made my meal perfectly, asking if everything was correct for me often. The manager created an awesome atmosphere and sandwich that made me want to stop back more often, and I plan to!

  I walked in and ut was a young lady name Elizabeth asked right away could I help you and she was very detailed and well spoken on taking my order. Elizabeth customer service skills deserves a 5 star alone. I will definitely come back to this particular Subway when im in the area!

  It’s an ok subway The staff working here were not that friendly and didn’t even know what myway rewards was.The staff even called their manager to ask if they can accept my rewards. This location is near UW Hospital and hence the reason why I visited this location. The sub I ordered was not prepared well and made very poorly.the interior/lobby was not clean. This experience of visiting this subway is from a year ago (2025). As of writing this review 3/19/2026 this location is temporarily closed and the reason stated on the door was for new ownership and says they will be back soon but to the looks of the place it seems abandoned and looks like it’s not coming back. I would anyways avoid this location even if it reopened after this experience listed above.

  When i visited this store it was kind of later in the evening so there was no one else there. I received prompt and friendly service. I ordered a chipotle steak wrap. It was very good. Food was fresh, affordable, and prepared quickly.
