If I could give zero stars I would! Service started out ok, then we asked if they accepted $100.00 dollar bills. They looked at us like we were idiots and treated us as such there after cited "we do not accept $100.00 bills" as they pointed out a tiny sign saying as such like as if were supposed to automatically see such a small sign......... if I wanted to read i would have gone to a library like as if people go to subway to read I don't know about anyone else but when im hungry im not trying to read I am just trying to eat! We had to go to Walgreens to break our hundred dollar bill, our bill was $74.25 so are you trying to tell me a national fast food chain such as subway can't make $25.75 change from a $100.00 bill pretty pathetic if you ask me. Plus one of the employees was not wearing a hat last I knew state law required that plus his hair looked very greasy which is not very hygienic for a "Reastraunt" then on top of that they did not hand us our cups we had to grab our own (Until tonight I have never been to a subway that don't hand you the cup in fact I have seen some people get yelled at by subway employees for grabbing their own cup) we had to wipe down our own table because soda cup rings were on the table and crumbs yet when we arrived there was no customers in the store. The greasy haired employee was complaining that he couldn't eat his food because people just kept coming in after we got there yet they were super nice to the other customers and they didn't have a bill as high as ours. Also the same employee demanded that I turn my video down which in my opinion was not that loud considering that their reastraunt music was louder than my phone. But no problem we'll take our business eleswhere.

Basic Subway trip you know what I mean walk in usually there’s no weight if any pretty simple ordering but feel a little pressured to hurry. Many options. Maybe that’s just it but I’ve always gotten that five at every subway almost like I need to hurry up and then for a customer service it’s what do I call average customer service you don’t remember the person or the events took out in your mind. Never have had a negative experience in their customer service and the food is good. It’s now I’m not gonna use the word great cause I’m firm, but it is good especially the veggie toasted sub, but that’s just me in my taste buds now I must go eat my sub.
