  Lowkey loved this place and the people but I got stung by a wasp in the corner of the restaurant and it was really upsetting and then I realized they have a bunch of wasps and flies lol.

  I ordered online. Google said the subway was open until 11 pm. I placed my order before 10 pm. I grabbed 2 sandwiches and a wrap for my family and I. I got there at around 10:20 pm. Now keep in mind, Google says they dont close at this location until 11 pm. I get up to the door, its locked. I look through the door to get the attention of the guy whos clearly just on his phone in the corner. He just looks at me and gives me the hand single to his neck signifying that they arent open. So I kept pointing to my phone telling him I ordered through the app it should already be done, and I wasnt sure why they're closed if Google says otherwise. Eventually the dude gets mad enough at me standing there that he opens the side door and yells "WE'RE CLOSED, WE DONT HAVE FOOD FOR YOU!" I stayed calm and walked around and when I tried explaining what was going on he shut the door. There was another vehicle there of people who had also ordered online and were incredibly angry. So ill be going in today to get things sorted out. And hopefully the dude that works the late shift can understand that ahe works fast food, so he can at least learn some customer service. Edit: Went in today. Talked with a very nice woman who said she doesnt work there often. Gave me the name of the man working the night before. His name is Nathan. Owners name is Scott. Apparently theyre changing the hours to 11 pm closing. Owner said it the day after and Google updated it before anyone knew. I get why Nathan didnt want to say anything because as far as he was concerned they had already closed but a simple explanation would have went a long way. Ill still go to subway just not this location anymore.

  My friend ordered something online and when they came to get it they claimed they "didn't have anything under their name". Wasted money.
