  My experience may have been unique, but I wanted to make people aware of what I needed to do to actually get my son's bed. I received a notice with the package tracker that it was out for delivery. I waited until 6:00 p.m. and found a telephone number to check on my package. The automated service said it was on the truck for delivery and expected to arrive between 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. I waited up until midnight. The next day, the tracker showed it was on the truck out for delivery. I found an option to start an investigation for the package, but I never received any additional communications about the investigation. At noon, I called the shipping facility and was placed on hold three times before finding out that they missed a scan, and the package had never been on a truck. Now I need to drive over an hour to go get the package. I suspect this package may have just been lost if I had not gone to great measures to force them to locate it for me.

  I will never used fedex service anymore. Their drives are the worst. They never stopped by but marked my shipment as delivered…. 9 out of 10 times shipment delivered late , even using overnight delivery doesn't help at all, it will not be delivered on time PERIOD

  These drivers are shitty and lazy, drives by your house and say you're not home without stopping. Or completely skip your neighborhood because they are lazy. The whole crew needs to be fired and facility shut down. UPS is way better.

  Don’t go here if you need your box packed! I was very surprised with their ability to take care of me! I had to go to another location🤨
