  I had an amazing experience at this FedEx location thanks to the manager, Jermaine. I came in needing to ship an item but didn’t have a box, and none of the available boxes seemed to fit. Instead of giving up, Jermaine took the time to think through the problem and used his creativity and critical thinking to find a solution. He was able to make a box work perfectly for my item. On top of that, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to help a customer. Jermaine made what could have been a stressful situation quick and easy. FedEx is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you again, Jermaine!
