  Ever wonder why this place has so many 5-star reviews? It's because they offer you a discount if you leave a review. In reality, it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Eric is incompetent and took 3 hours to process a simple package, with many people waiting and some left because of the long wait. But he still managed to screw up our delivery, and when I called to ask for help correcting it, he said there was nothing he could do, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor he hung up on me, twice! What kind of place are you running here, Michelle? Folks, I recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE and avoid this place.
