  Place was understaffed. Only one person. I waited in line to get a replacement phone. I asked the associate to put my SD card in the new phone. She kept on saying that I had enough storage on the phone so I didn't need it. I was too hungover to deal with it and now my phone is out of storage and I lost my SD card. Thanks for nothing.

  I have been in this store numerous times and am always impressed with the staff's knowledge and great customer service at this location. They are fast, courteous and can get things done correctly the first time. The way customer service USED to be!
