  This place is our home away from home during my son's illness. The 2 minor issues we have is not having a bathtub. We also wish the shuttle could bring us to my son's further appointments. The service is top notch and the breakfast is as well!

  Hotel is in a great location annd common areas were lovely. Rooms were as expected for a three star hotel but definitely clean and comfortable. The shining star was Mitch at the front desk. A really warm and special human who went out of his way for us not to mention his fun magic tricks! I would stay here again just because of him.

  A nice hotel that is conveniently located close to the university and hospital. The hotel is clean and well kept. A special shout-out to Mitch who made the check in efficient, entertaining, and enjoyable as well as welcoming!

  Great location. Very convenient when coming to uw. The restaurant had good food for dinner and free breakfast was pretty decent as well.

  This is very nice hotel on the UW campus. The rooms are updated and very comfortable. The amenities are average to above average including a pool workout room and an on-site restaurant. When it comes to service, I would have to say that the front desk service outside of daytime business hours is extremely lacking. A couple of questions that I brought to the front desk. I was told you’ll have to ask during the day as the p.m/night people couldn’t help. Secondly, the front desk staff on nights reeked of cigarette smoke. Parking can be a challenge on the weekends at the hotel. It is reported that you can park at the hospital and take the shuttle and then get reimbursed for the parking at the hospital which is $18 for 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend this hotel just be aware that if you have questions at night, you may have to wait until the daytime to get an answer.
