  Got a salad with double meat, soda and my daughter got a 6” sub, chips and soda and the total was $30…really?? That is insane for fast food! In addition, we ate at the location and I asked for a fork and was told they were out. No apologies, nothing. So I got to eat my salad with a spoon and cut veggies with a spoon and butter knife because they also don’t bother to chop up the salad anymore. $30 and no forks!! Last week we went there and the one lady spoke snotty to my daughter (who is visually impaired) telling her not to touch the glass when she was pointing at the toppings she wanted.

  This was the second time that I bought a sub from here that was hard as a rock. It should've been thrown right in the trash as soon as it was cut open. How could they not notice? Bad on me for not specifying that I don't want one that's hard as a rock. I think a comp is in order for this one. I'm not one to hardly ever ask, but this time it warrants it.
