  I don’t mind waiting for service, but no “hello” or acknowledgment of my presence for a full 3-minutes as I stood in front of the counter while the employee fiddled with the computer. No other customers in the store. So I left and went to O’Reilly‘s in Paddock Lake, where I was greeted with, “hello, welcome to O’Reillys, we’ll be right with you.”

  Tina was absolutely amazing! Not only did she help me get discounts for some of my items purchased even when system wouldn’t allow for some reason even though promoted, but she also came out to my car and out the brake fluid in for me and also checked under my car to look at the lines for leaks. She was friendly from the beginning even being on the phone as I walked in made sure to assist me as soon as she was off. She went above and beyond for me and her warming personality was a such a friendly touch! Amazing experience!! Tina is wonderful!

  Took my aviator there to find out why the battery died and they tested it and replaced it in the freezing cold for me. Great customer service!
