  Ordered online this evening Sunday Sept 23th- To the Manager: 6" in Turkey Non toasted ( did not click on toasted) Lettuce No pickles ( did not click on pickles) Black Olives( did click on blk olives) What I received: A * toasted turkey sub With *spinich, *pickles and * no black olives ** what was the problem? 2 employees, no one else in thd place Perplexing to receive a sub I didn't order 🤷‍♀️ 🤦‍♀️

  I place an order at 6:15pm on the app right before my shift ends at work. Saying the order will be ready at 6:35. I get there at 6:35, store is dead, I ask for my pick up order and guy behind the counter looks me and with a poor attitude says “I haven’t even started it yet..”. I have to wait an additional 15 mins. I would’ve had better service at Jimmy John’s across the street

  An older woman with pink hair would not let me get extra veggies even if I paid for them, and she was working the register and going back to my sandwich with her gloves on.
