  I place an order at 6:15pm on the app right before my shift ends at work. Saying the order will be ready at 6:35. I get there at 6:35, store is dead, I ask for my pick up order and guy behind the counter looks me and with a poor attitude says “I haven’t even started it yet..”. I have to wait an additional 15 mins. I would’ve had better service at Jimmy John’s across the street

  An older woman with pink hair would not let me get extra veggies even if I paid for them, and she was working the register and going back to my sandwich with her gloves on.

  My boyfriend and I went here just now to get a sandwich and the guy was just plan rude to us. Made irritated faces. And then while he was making our sandwich he scratched his nose and continued to touch the meat (pepperoni) to make our sandwich. I do not recommend eating here. Honestly think they need new people.
