  This lady who was working, i don’t remember her name but it started with a B, was working at 4PM friday the 16th, she was incredibly rude from the start. She did not even great us she just asked us “so what are you getting” and when I told her my order she put barely anything on my sandwich and basically everything was out of stock. I’ve gone to subway a lot and there is barely anytime an item is out of stock or low. She said there was no spinach left in the store which is highly unbelievably. The meat all was low in stock and was wet/slimy looking like it sat there all morning. One of the tins was gone so i could see inside where the food ingredients sit and there was NO ICE. all gone. not even any water. this lady was too lazy to be nice or even do her job. Additionally, she didn’t even ask if we wanted our subs toasted or not which is the literal bare minimum of working here. She instantly jumped to the veggies and had the biggest attitude. Lastly, the dr pepper was completely out, which i get could be out of her control but also could be her ignoring doing her job because it was not labeled as out of stock and was literally pure soda water.

  90% of the time I go, there is more than 2 members of staff. Yet it takes 5 minutes to get started. Doesn’t take that long to put gloves on. They will prep 20 loaves of bread before taking your order in front of your face. Terrible service.

  Shouldn’t have to stand there for over 15 minutes to get a sandwich. Terrible service they start your sandwich and then walk away and don’t finish it. I’ve been in there multiple times where the lettuce should’ve been swapped out and the counter that they make the sandwiches on doesn’t always seem to be the cleanest. They appear to be understaffed, and I question their qualifications to be behind the counter.
