  What an absolute nightmare. My wife and kids went in Sunday August 2nd around 7 pm. The staff there had absolutely no idea what they were doing and got overwhelmed almost immediately. They skipped my wife and moved onto the next couple, and the one girl kept coming back to try to ring me up when my wife and child had not been served yet. Once we made it clear that they hadn't made my wife's sub, the girl trying to ring me out went back to make hers, but my wife stepped away for a few seconds after giving her order (Footlong subway Club) and the girl THREW THE SANDWICH AWAY and went in the back room. She then rang up mine and my daughters and answered "Yes" when I asked if it was for all three subs. The receipt and bag only had two subs. She then spent 10 minutes struggling to ring up the next couple while a different girl who spoke broken English (the most helpful and professional of all three of them honestly) made my wife's sub. This was one of the worst subway experiences I've had, and I probably won't return to this location. I'm normally VERY generous when it comes to a hiccup or two, but this was almost completely disfunctional. Aside from that the sub tasted fine.

  There was only one worker named Tay. Not only did he handle all of our orders (5 things +cookie) he was jovial while maintaining his composure with a line of people behind our group. Not sure how he did it, but he deserves a raise working alone on a Saturday with as many people that were there. I'll come back to this location again, the protein pockets he prepared were delicious and I am now a fan of them.

  My sandwich artist was Alex. I was there today at 11:07. Alex was kind and very polite. He made my sandwich exactly how I love it. Great customer service! Will come back again for sure!

  Only a 4 on service because the poor new guys still doing well... good sandwich... having the ham and salami...

  Extremely rude manager on duty. I was going to be a paying customer and his attitude drove me away.
