  Figured I’d give this subway another chance and again they can’t make the online order correctly. They forgot toppings, made the sub with the wrong bread, almost forgot one of my drinks until I told them, and burnt the cookies. Do not recommend!

  Stopped at the Subway store as I was passing through town. Friendly efficient service. The restaurant was relatively clean. I ordered an Italian on wheat bread, and the bread was very dry. Most of the crust ended up in my lap.

  I went to the Kiel WI location on 8/31 at dinner time… they were completely out of white bread, the glass case that covers the food was filthy- grease streaks, splatters of food and sauce, hand prints covering the case, you can see dirt in all the edging and corners of the case and multiple flies hovering and landing on all the food. Absolutely disgusting. That place should be shut down.

  Used to be a great place! The past months have gone completely down hill. Rarely have the items to complete an orders (this includes the most basic items) 11am they don’t have bread (opens at 9am according to the door) microwaved our sandwiches instead of toasted because they forgot to preheat the oven. When we denied the microwaved sandwich got a nasty look from the young male employee. He glared at us getting in the vehicle from behind the counter and shook his head. No one could pay me to go back ever again which is a disappointment it used to be one of the best sandwiches you could get in the area
