  The whole store is great, but especially Jordan! Always is helpful and willing to work with my crazy items I bring in to get packed and shipped. If you need an item packed and shipped, they are the ones to go to! Always will make sure it arrives safely.

  Incredible customer service! Hardly any wait time even when the place is packed. Everyone who works there is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier!

  Quality of service. All employees are fully knowledgeable and helpful. This store has a constant stream of customers yet there is hardly ever a wait. Great packing skills for treasured items.

  This UPS store is AMAZING! They are ALWAYS so helpful, quick, and efficient! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why they only have a 3.7 out of 5! I've have been there when the line is almost out the door, (maybe 15-20 customers) and it's never taken me more than 10 minutes. The workers are so friendly and knowledgeable! I wish all service stores had this quality and efficiency! Keep up the great work!
