  There is a lady with glasses and a younger lady that works here and they look miserable and make you feel uncomfortable when you walk in they look like and act like they don’t want to be there and act like they don’t want to help you.I will say the Hispanic lady who works here has way more better customer service and makes you feel welcomed

  I was there this morning. This is the nicest subway I've ever been in. The employee was warm and really helpful. The veggies were crisp and fresh!! I live in salem but will make the extra drive to come here instead from now on.

  Extremely combative female manager. I can in for a $6.99 meal deal and she wouldn’t give me a second to say that she just said what bread do u want 6 or 12 inch then I said I would the 6.99 meal deal please and she said “well you could just said that then and laughed and scoffed” as I ordered the ingredients she rushed me, huffed when I asked for extra green peppers and would cut me off before I finished naming the next ingredient. At the end I went to pay and she said just follow the prompts the screen said put phone in and then went to sale screen before I could finish so I was confused. She the. Said tip!?? I said no thank you, and she said ok then just follow the prompts already - I said why are you so rude and then she said I’m. It you just need to follow the directions and know what you want. I’m like no you are rude and she laughed again rudely and said just know what you want. I told her this is the last time I’d be there and she just walked into the back and started talking to someone. This is not the first time it was rude service but definitely the worst. She must be extremely miserable and should work elsewhere without serving people. Mind you I’ve been in the service industry for 15 years.
