  Me and my sister went into subway for a nice late dinner around 9pm, We thought we were good going there still since they have it posted online AND on their door they close at 9:30 and the open sign had still been on & the doors were unlocked. We had walked in expecting good quality service , All we got was a “We’re closed” when we did walk in. Mind you it was even 9:15 yet. Me and her were very disappointed and will not be returning.

  I went to the store in Kenosha on 52nd street at 9:05. They close at 9:30 according to their website and wouldn’t serve me. The woman working there also used to work at the cousins sub across the street and would also close the store early. Won’t be going there again! Terrible customer service!

  I got the sub of the day and it was supposed to be five bucks +2 dollars for the extra meat. When he rung me up, it was $9.48 so I just paid it, not knowing that he also charged me for a drink and chips. Kind of annoying, but the guy did not ask me if I wanted chips in a drink.

  Don’t ever go here. They barely can speak English and will get your order wrong. Ask the lady for a BMT she give me a BLT. Ask her if she could fix the order she refused and said the manager will be here 8am to 12pm. Worse Food place ever!!

  I ordered online and asked for extra pickles and onions, and there were barely any of either. Like maybe 6 slices of pickle on a foot long sandwich. How is that even remotely extra? They also seemed to skimp a bit on the tuna, there just isnt much on the sandwich. This isnt my first time having an issue like this with this specific location and when I called to ask the employee was a little defensive saying she put 7 or 8 pickle slices on the sandwich... either way thats not even a pickle per inch. Their other ingredients were spread out similarly and I ordered several things on the sandwich. There was more lettuce than anything else combined on the sandwich. Just disappointing. The tuna was a little watery as well. Edit: I ate part of the sandwich and its just inedible, its salty and watery and barely has anything to it. I called to see if I could have them remake it and the woman on the phone said no since she wasnt the one who made it. I asked to talk to a manager and she said no they werent available for the weekend. Just highly disappointing. I dont understand how you can run a business like this. Spitting out poor quality products then being rude when someone isnt satisfied with the slop youve served them. Highly disappointing. Do NOT go to this location.
