That manager Robb our whatever her name is, rude! Dont know how she’s a manager…didn’t toast my sub, I was in a rush so I guess. I wanted to confirm she got my order, she was quick to give me an attitude saying “that’s what the beeping is that your hearing” like I didn’t need her sass at 6am in the morning. We all have bad days, but at least learn decent customer service.

Came here at a 6pm dinner run on the way up north. The women who took care of us took 25 min to make two subs with no other customers there. Grabbed our money during the making process to pay while they warmed in the oven and never changed her gloves. Another employee came in and then she was complaining about us and wanted to take a smoke break instead of finishing our order..
the younger male was embarrassed and tried to course her to taking better care of us..

One of the worst Subways in the area. They hire some people with very poor people skills. Who are more concerned about their next cigarette or work place drama. I see a lot of turnover there. Back in April of 2016 I had a paper clip in my sub.. I didn't go back for a long time.. I work at Amazon and only go here on my lunch break if I'm really hungry, otherwise I just avoid it. My advice, pack a lunch.
