  I attempted to return four items out of an original order of five items, so only keeping one item. The guy didn’t know what he was doing and had to ask a coworker for help because after he “scanned” the items it said I only returned two items instead of four. I was assured he scanned them all and that it was because I kept one of the five items that it said I was still “missing some.” They assured me that when they sent the four items back to the original manufacturer that I would get the full refund for the four items I returned! I’ve waited eight days, called the original order manufacturer three times, emailed twice and was just informed it will be approximately another FOUR WEEKS for my refund due to this guy’s scanning error! If this happens to you tell them to scan them again!!! I’m now in limbo on hundreds of dollars because some people don’t know how to operate a bar code scanner!

  Staff are always prompt and knowledgeable. Store is very small and people are constantly coming and going. They are so efficient! Love getting help from them!!

  Paulina was excellent and helping me print a form that I needed while traveling out of town. I needed a quick turnaround and she was great to work with! Wonderful experience overall.
