The lady working the front desk was extremely unprofessional, when i walked in she asked if i had a tracking number which i couldn’t find she proceeded to make small rude remarks. all i was doing was trying to rush and pick up a package before work and she basically made it impossible

I tried getting ahold of customer service but got an AI chatbot. When it asked for my feedback on the information it didn't even give me I left a survey and it hung up on me after about 8 seconds of me talking. I always leave good reviews when I get ahold of customer service but when you replace people with useless chatbots that just say "I don't understand" every time you ask for help you get bad reviews.

They can’t print FedEx labels. She told me to take my label to UPS, pay $2 to them and come back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Woman at desk was extremely rude. Had to jump through hoops to get my package. Box was damaged and she got rude when I wanted to check it before accepting it. Will avoid using whenever possible.
