    UPS has been very reliable for over night deliveries. In my line of work it's very important. The employees, some are helpful and others are miserable people.

    I was in this morning to get a box. I was given the wrong box. when I called back to check to see if they had the correct box, the clerk fought with me and got rude on the phone. when I tried to stop him from arguing over me and ask if he actually had the box in stock, he said yes and hung up on me. Terrible customer service. And I didn't even talk about being mis quoted for the price of the box. I will drive to Stillwater from now on.
