  This was a bad experience we've had here,we ordered a 6 inch plain toasted black forest ham..came not toasted with mayo...ordered footlong tuna on white and received wheat bread,asked for cookies never got them

  Consistently the worst service. This time, the app shows my order as complete, yet the order hasn't been prepared yet. It's "a big order" according to the clerks, so they keep, slowly, making other people's subs as I sit in the parking lot. Subs were supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. 2 pickup customers and a single drive thru customer have come and gone, apparently with less than 4 subs each. This counts as slammed for the two employees. This is pathetic. Still don't see the sandwiches being prepped inside. App still shows order as complete. No other customers have shown up. One printed order was ahead of mine when the clerk told me, even tho my order in first, they're doing smaller orders instead. Uncool.

  Love this Subway. Went again today for my go to. Delicious. Matthew took care of my order.As always he is an awesome employee, excellent customer service, hard worker, kind and respectful. He and Elena are both great. Thank you. Kathy.

  There was a group of teens working. Very respectful and took time to get our order right. Food was fresh. No complaints.
