  Very good experience at this location walked in was greeted with a smile and very good attitude. It was refreshing compared to trying to drop off the same package at the local c.V.S.

  The staff were so friendly and helpful. Plus, I hadn’t mailed anything out in a long time so they took care of my pkg. and explained the different options. Plus, I had arrived with just a couple minnutes before closing and that did not matter to them. Good professional and nice staff.

  PLEASE DON'T Go to this UPS STORE, we paid upfront for a mailbox service and then they are asking for a dollar per package. This the only UPS STORE that is CHARGING $1 PER PACKAGE which is an overcharged fee to their customer. I am currently have another UPS mailbox service with the Miller Parkway store and don't have this issue with extra fee. This particular UPS in Greenfield WI is a scam or misleading.
