  Crazy experience at this location. Employee with FedEx hat backs up and nearly hits us because he's not paying attention. Some brief words were exchanged. He then decides to cut across the parking lot to try and cut us off from leaving. We exit the strip mall area and he follows us for another mile yelling and screaming from his vehicle. I relate the incident to this location. They could care less. Get your employees under control.

  Dropped a package off and staff scanned it in as delivered. For some reason in 2026 - FedEx can not figure out how to track a package. Both staff at this location and FedEx customer support are 100% useless. If you have an eBay business be aware that if FedEx loses a package (and you printed the label off eBay) they will do absolutely zero to help and you as a small business owner will have to eat the cost. You will lose your product and your money. Zero accountability for big business and customer service is an afterthought in a world of dog eat dog capitalism. Just poor all the way around. That's my rant

  I get there 15 minutes before they close . Waited at counter until Chris got off the phone . And asked him to help me print one paper. He said its technically 10pm and we are closed . I told him I've been waiting for you to get off the phone . He said I can't we haft to be closed . It was exactly 10pm . Customer service is a joke here .
