  Despite several people in line at the UPS Store my wait was brief. I was fortunate to have Elizabeth assist me especially since my QR code didn't show on my phone. But she remedied the problem quickly and was very polite and helpful in assisting me. A Real 5 Star example in Customer Service!

  Elizabeth is extremely kind, Confident in what she’s doing. I was very pleased to get her as I’m sure other people. I was very busy that day I was in and out like lightning. Elizabeth if you are Reading this, please keep up the Excellent work.

  Elizabeth was more than helpful and friendly and offered to charge my phone because it died😁 Everybody at the store is so quick and efficient and makes all my returns to Amazon seamless! Love it😍

  Elizabeth has the most Beautiful smile and is filled with Joy!!! If everyone who works in customer service would be like her there would never be a bad experience! The Light inside her shines so Bright!!!

  I regularly go to the Military Avenue location. Everyone there is very courteous, and friendly. I’d like to give kudos, especially to Elizabeth. She is always friendly and helpful no matter how busy the store is. I have also witnessed she and other staff helping people that aren’t as tech savvy with the Amazon app or the QR code. Thanks, Elizabeth and the military UPS location for providing great customer service.
