  went there tonight there was three employees but it took 15 minutes to make a sandwich. I don’t understand why it took so long. I’ve seen that locations with one employee make a sandwich in five minutes.

  there was only four people in the store customers and there’s three employees and it took 20 minutes to make a sandwich. What the hell are you guys doing? This place needs to be sorted out.

  “It said it was open 24 hours, but when we went inside the employee seemed annoyed that we were there. They prepared the food unwillingly and had a really bad attitude. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

  Very disappointed with the service at this Subway location. It shows as open 24 hours, but they did not allow us to dine in. The food preparation process was also not hygienic, which was concerning. On top of that, the staff behavior was rude, especially the employee with glasses and tattoos on his hand. Customer service and cleanliness both need serious improvement.

  It's a toss up at this location if you're going to have a good experience or not depending on who's working and if they have what you want. This location in particular is always running out of things or we don't have it. When really you question if they do actually have it but you have the crabby guy tonight who doesn't feel like pulling another pan. Last night was a good customer service experience but they were also out of what I wanted and I had to pick something else. Previous times in there my sister and I were like wth was that after having a pretty poor customer service experience. Like I said it's a toss up at this location. Not the worst place I've been though.
