  First time being here. I needed to ship an envelope overnight and it was new experience for me. The gentleman explained the rates to me and gave me options that were most affordable to me. He made the whole process very easy and straightforward for me. I would definitely use there service's again

  Tried tracking a package that was never delivered. Their response was FedEx is holding it in security and there was nothing else he would tell me. The associate at the desk was very cold and unconcerned. Sensitivity training should be in his future.

  Completely incompetent at such a simple task as delivering packages. It makes me sick this is what the USA has to offer. You should be ASHAMED!
