Worst experience ive had with a phone company. I was charged for a service I never recieved then treated rude when asking for a refund. I was rushed to leave & told to call 611 to resolve it. 611 cant issue refunds for this so was told to go back in store. I live 30 mins away from this location & been to the store 4 times now with still no refund! 2 times on the phone each totaling over an hr each time! The manager is rude here & inconsiderate. Absolutely ridiculous all the way around. And this is only my 1st month with cricket.
