  Tried to send a package with a battery and they said they weren’t sure if they can send it so they didn’t take it. I asked where to bring it (it was clearly a FedEx labeled return package and FedEx delivered). Answer:“not our department“. You are a damn FedEx office! Least you can do is say where I need to go

  Go to location, which is clearly open (as shown on hours on door), but other door has a note saying "Back in 30 minutes, sorry for the inconvenience." I go to another store, come back in 45 minutes, sign still up and doors locked. I give it another 15 minutes, still nothing. Will just go ship item at UPS Store.

  This is the second time since I moved to Pewaukee that FedEx has delivered a package to me, except they delivered both of them to my neighbor. We have units A and B and apparently the driver doesn't notice or doesn't care.
