  had an Amazon return to drop off. All I needed was the item and the barcode, and they took care of the rest. The staff member helping me did a great job. I received a friendly greeting, the handoff was quick and easy, and I had my receipt in just a couple of minutes. The hardest part of the whole experience was figuring out how to get into the parking lot. Because of the location and its proximity to several other businesses, the route in and out is a bit bizarre. I was lucky and only had to make two U-turns before I finally found my way there!

  Tried to send a package with a battery and they said they weren’t sure if they can send it so they didn’t take it. I asked where to bring it (it was clearly a FedEx labeled return package and FedEx delivered). Answer:“not our department“. You are a damn FedEx office! Least you can do is say where I need to go

  Go to location, which is clearly open (as shown on hours on door), but other door has a note saying "Back in 30 minutes, sorry for the inconvenience." I go to another store, come back in 45 minutes, sign still up and doors locked. I give it another 15 minutes, still nothing. Will just go ship item at UPS Store.
