I just went here to return some packages, and I wasn’t prepared with my QR code (it’s been a long day). There was no one behind me, but the man behind the counter was BEYOND KIND and patient. He genuinely acted happy to help me. It felt like a different time period lol. And I needed that today so thank you!!!

had an Amazon return to drop off. All I needed was the item and the barcode, and they took care of the rest. The staff member helping me did a great job. I received a friendly greeting, the handoff was quick and easy, and I had my receipt in just a couple of minutes. The hardest part of the whole experience was figuring out how to get into the parking lot. Because of the location and its proximity to several other businesses, the route in and out is a bit bizarre. I was lucky and only had to make two U-turns before I finally found my way there!

Tried to send a package with a battery and they said they weren’t sure if they can send it so they didn’t take it. I asked where to bring it (it was clearly a FedEx labeled return package and FedEx delivered). Answer:“not our department“. You are a damn FedEx office! Least you can do is say where I need to go
